In this third episode, we return from Mallorca and visit Carlota’s parents in their family house in Denia. They invite us to paella right in front of the beach. We spend the night in Calpe and continue our journey to the country’s interior. Castillian landscapes, lands of castles and medieval towns are waiting for us.

we all know warren buffet is worth millions and billions of dollars, but in the end he knows that money won’t follow him in the after life, that is why he is donating all of his money to foundations and organizations to help people in this world. he doesn’t want monuments built for him, he doesn’t want schools or hospitals to name a wing after him, he just wants people to be happy and be loved. success isn’t the growth of your pocket but the growth of your heart.

After watching (7 year old) Asher Bradshaw and his seeing his excitement and happiness makes me want to live life, go out, have fun, do things i’ve never done before, venture outside of my normal life and live! life is too short to just lounge around. be adventurous, be spontaneous, be extraordinary

“hakuna matata”

his name is nikitas papageorgiu (left). i know what you are all thinking, nik papageorgiu from vegas vacation, but its not. pretty dope name though right? i remember first meeting nik way back when he was in grade school still. hard to imagine that was like 8 years ago…i think? i met him in the neighborhood either skateboarding or playing basketball. we used to skate a bunch back in the day until he went off into high school and me doing whatever i did. my brother and i would always remind him to keep skating but unfortunately we all took a bit of a hiatus. but last year i would talk to nik on Facebook chat and he would tell me he would always session with his boys and he’s getting better, so i couldn’t wait to see and film him. when he got back from college on break we all skated the neighborhood, some local spots, if you can even call them spots, but nik did get better.
growing up there was always this pretty steep 8 stair by the crib that we always talked about, “wouldn’t it be dope if we could do this” or “how cool would it be just trying it?” then finally yesterday we walked by it and nik really wanted to try. here’s a picture to prove it.

for christmas i got this amazing 50mm 1.4 fixed lens for my canon and am totally loving it. finally got to use my flash and diffuser and did a mini photo shoot. look out 2012, good things are coming.
